The accuracy of ASM's Laser Cutters and Turret Punches gives flexibility to the design of complicated componentry, while traditional metal crafting can also be provided by highly skilled staff.

In operation since 1971 ASM has always endeavoured to be innovative in the "Sheet Metal" field. Our CNC Equipment, such as Turret Punches, Laser Cutters & Brake Presses, all run by qualified staff, ensures a basic platform in technology excellence.

Our commitment to our customers starts with our experienced estimators who will produce a quote from your enquiry using our powerful computerized quoting and production package called "Jobboss". With all successful quotes a job card (Traveller with bar codes) is generated and transferred to the drawing office so the job can then be programmed by our Cad/Cam system. On completion of the programming, the job is then transferred by DNC. Link to the operating machine centres for the production of the job.

All procedures of the job are bar coded and signed off on the traveller by the operator and the Team leader and inspected at each point of the manufacturing process with a final inspection on completion prior to generating a dispatch notice for delivery.

In the Jobboss system our Production Manager can locate the position of any job at any time so as to give you a true indication of how your job is progressing.

As well as our computerized programming system we have email facilities that can accept DXF or DRW files. We have Electronic Banking and manual Credit Card facilities and the ability to email invoices if required.
